Dont know what the fuss is about, its the Darwin port authority that allocates the place where cargo for export is stored. If any problems with runoff from cargo due to rain then it is their problem not Core. Better would be if Core broke the code of silence and told us what and how many tons we are shipping and perhaps to whom. That might have some effect on this forums banter.
