I agree but I believe its more manipulation from China than big oil.
This is how China plays the game when they want to control a certain commodity they invest heavily flood the market with cheap product and put western mines in care and maintenance - they look long-term and the west looks short-term and although the west understand the problem they just keep sucking it up
