I know who you mean but can't quite remember his name yet. I also wonder what happened to the 'rubbish bin (Ignore) king' Druiner. He seemed a super optimist for a couple of years and was convinced construction would commence before the end of 2019. 2020 probably crushed his spirit and caused him to sell out.
