Currently, 5% to 5.5% is priced at RMB 6,905, which is equivalent to USD $972 or equivalent to AUD $1430.
Our C1 cost is AUD $904 (before royalties). Then there is a discount to offtake partners.
Assuming 5% royalties on sale price, 10% discount to offtake partners and assuming we can't sell fines (not economical).
Our C1 costs (plus royalties and discount) goes up to $1320.
Leaving us $90 p/t to cover the rest of company expenses. At best, a breakeven.
