just gotta change the mentality to 'i like a huge tax bill, that means I'm making money'

sometimes i've talked myself into selling at 500% profit and sometimes I've talked myself out of selling at 500% profit because of the tax bill

the problem with materials, especially the more speculative type and Lithium certainly is that even still, is that often with the right shares, you can see these kind of returns but the caveat is.. you MUST sell and realise at least some gains as the cycle can rip those gains right out of the palms of your hands quicker than you can say tax liability and before you know it the words have changed to.. tax loss ? how did that happen ?

CXO will either disappear and get taken out, or, it might just survive on the sniff of an oily rag until green shoots appear at the bottom of the lithium price trough and the third wave of the lithium boom cycle can take CXO along for the ride

The only chance I see on the horizin of that actually happening is China commencing monetary easing to stimulate flagging manufacturing and this flowing through to the lithium sector.. by 2H 24 ? who knows

With $200M in the bank and at least $60M ? incoming from cash flow over the next six months there is light at the end of the tunnel it just depends how long the tunnel turns out to be

either way, it's only a bust if you sell now..
