hi WTT, thanks for pointing out, but I was just using per ton cost to get the Ore per ton cost.
Grant mine grade 1.4%
product 4.6%
recovery 59%
to get the product, it needs 4.6/1.4/59%=5.56ton of ore(using the new product and new recovery, maybe better to use old product 5.6% and old recovery for the $904)
cost is 904 or less, let’s use 904.
minus processing fee (conservatively $300 per ton)
then means the 5.56t cost is $600
so 120kt cost is roughly $12m
