Kraig, for every law there is a loophole. Given that even government legislation is, legally, not the law, I'm sure that, particularly where money is concerned, deals can be & are being done. Gov of the day always are credited with increased revenue and mining co's are their greatest contributors imo.
I believe Li price is being manipulated by the world's biggest buyer/s. Also, an increase in proven reserves will come soon. We need to increase current resource 4 times to be considered a serious producer. CXO must drill a whole lot more & a whole lot deeper. Other listed companies have drilled deeper and discovered massive amounts of Li resources. All imo
