Just want to clear some air around the possible or speculative good news in two week post. How is a TO a good news. What if the TO is 40c a share which is 100% to todays price do any good for people like me who bought way above this price? If in such situation would a voting be in place to voice out our opinion or its just a whisy washy white collar corporate criminals just vote yes? I am leaning more towards a TO the way this board has tanked the SP. F****g scumbags. Any input is much appreciated. JV may be a good news but depends on who the second party is. At least big enough to run a good show. Other than the two I cannot think or come with any other good news other than GM resigning or taking a substantial pay cut.
