Rain has been minimal around Darwin, for the few days.
Everything You are probably seeing on the News, is 350 KM plus, down the Stuart Highway.
If You look in the back ground, there is a fair bit of water laying in low areas.
Here in Darwin, there was three day in a row, of 50 mm plus rain, on about the 12,13, and 14th of Jan.
It has been very windy, so that is helping dry everything up.
