You are the problem, your mindset. You copy other people's ideas and carry with you for life, unless you WAKEUP.
You went to school, 12 years to get a job, to follow and kiss the boss's (professional liar) arse for a reward (pay check), this is what you were taught to do. A medical practitioner is another 4-5 years (no guarantee) and more years to be specialist. They pay for in years of studying, fear and headache. CEOs and Directors are over paid professional bums in seats lying manipulators.
80% of investors lose $, very good chance you are one of them, you never learnt it. Your ideas comes from Hoyts/ Village/ TV. How many books have you read? How many courses have you done? Your knowledge comes from HC/ chats/ youtube etc. individuals that cut and paste present themselves as knowledgeable, you follow self proclaim experts, chartists and Twitter. If they are so knowledgeable, why do they post so much, they would be rich and no need to post. Insecurity??? The company said this/that, have you read the disclaimer on each report? ALB, SQM, ALTM SP are at 3 years low, is the SP going up or down? You were not taught to make $ and how to preserve it. You are measured by the people you keep and interact with.
