Previously, CXO appointed a contracting firm to obtain skilled labourers and paid a premium for each as the contracting firm would take a significant cut. ie. a high hourly rate. By the look of it, we've now decided to directly appoint staff and subsequently pay 'normal' rates as the senior staff (COO) clearly feel we can operate the mine ourselves and directly manage the staff. but shhhh, don't tell the d & z
