cxo put out our cost initially, which if even close we would still be delivery without near to close, as per pls example, sure not as much profit but enough to continue without drain onbank balance, a good poster whose name escape me said there was already a flaw with the water tabel in the plans, and hence we had the need spend 10-15mil fixing the dam wall, the poster did inform CXOmangement but was ignored,why have cxo waited a long long time to updare on costs, hence closuer, they would have been all knowing of the increase, 'huge' increase, certainly GS did, as by there many downgrades and mentioning both price COST and MAINTNEANCE ISSUE, DAM THAT IS, and yet over 18months of those reports, CXO DID NOT REPLY or address those,but saying mor recently need to address cost...... addressing cost is an ongoing daily meeting stuff , NOT wait almost 2 years to say we have an issue and need to close, costs are an hourly thing,, mangement need to be address all issue, to earn there pay packets, which are high, (not the hieghest i've seen) maybe there vision of what is current and going to happen was in the view all the time..... hence many poster questioned if we are going so well....why don't directore buy at market to so confidence. they more enjoy new offices at mils cost, and great long lunches.
