At a guess Jeff … the guys already in these positions knew their fate mths ago , and have been seeking other employment opportunities before being shown the Door and are ready to go .. hence Primero are looking for replacements to cover next 3 or 4 mths … I suppose if you had the experience and currently out of work … 3 or 4 mths is better than nothing .. and a 3 mth holiday in the NT … hence I think they mention relocation expenses provided ( not sure if that’s what was said in ad now )… but they wouldn’t be discussing any of that with Core ..
