These guys are just a scam. Bottom line,They want your shares. Retail investors required for initial capital raise. Once they have a working mine, they want all your retail mum and dad investor shares to be filled to BEOT. Hence why the constant downramping by the ex CEO and the board. The board is not transparent as what is really happening but trying to scare retails as the show is over. If that being the case last capital raise by so called sophisticated investor is not a fool to invest $100m on a shit show and if one more is required where the money is going to come from? That's my take. Just my 2c.
