I suspect your automic account will probably have a record of it. Failing that, you had to provide a rego number for your shares to be distributed to your registered ASX account so worst case scenario is that suddenly your holdings grow in your account and you get a wee letter from the ASX in a few weeks time confirming the fact.

Bear in mind however, I've never actually managed to participate in a SPP despite two previous attempts. Once, it took me too long to access credit and it wasn't approved until afterwards. The second time, I had the money but due to stupid rules around early close off and Bpay clearing half an hour later in the NT than in the East Coast, I missed the deadline by half an hour despite having wired them the money.
