Its also an old photo from about a year ago before all the excavation work over the 8-9 months in 2023. Someone just wants to create mischief.
Count the wall slopes to benches (or to the bottom of the pit) in the earlier photo and the one below that was part of Core's November 2023 site visit presentation pack. I think you will find that the pit is a lot deeper now than it was then. There's also a lot of progress at the southern end of the pit which may not have even started in the earlier ELS picture.
