Yes, we needed a reset. New ceo, new cost structure, even new mining contractor (whoever can mine out Grants pit the cheapest).
Let's hope the acting ceo Doug can make a hero of himself and turn the company around. If he can, we may not even need to find a new ceo.
By the way Doug's initials are DW which stands for Don't Worry!
