CXO holders will need to be patient. I can understand their strategy of pausing when the spod price crashed below $900. If by pausing (say 12 months), the spod price goes up by $1000, that’s an extra $200m worth of value for the 200kt of spod left to produce at Grants. Extra $200m cash is worth the wait. This will more than fund the completion of bp33 without any cr or loan.
