    I don’t think anything with off take partners will make much impacts…Yahua and gangfeng anticipated CXO mining curtailment for short term and they reassured to take a contract from PLS. CXO decided not to sell their products for cheaper and the contract with these Chinese one was expired in last year October I believe….
