omg...... i cant believe still talk about the magical stockpile that they keep selling... that stockpile should be exhausted by now and grant mine is still in maintenance mode.... so little revenue and big expenses.

With lithium prices at low levels and some analysts forecasting them to remain that way for some time due to a potential surplus of the white metal, it has become unprofitable for Core Lithium to continue mining operations.

As a result, it has suspended its mining activities and there's no word on when things will change.

If prices remain at current levels for the next three years, it could conceivably mean that no shovels are in the ground at the Finniss Operation during that time.

Estimate of 3 yrs before we see a pick up in price is realistic..

China property crisis. My own estimate....millions still locked in bad property debt in jhina. Ie...perosn owing 1m to bank but property worth only 500k....and their income once 100k now 60k.
EVs cannot boom unless infrastructure boom first.
That means.....energy / power station....nuclear, coal, wind solar to generate electricity.
Then you need the infrastructure to transmit the electricity.....therefore a boom in copper.
Then you can have an EV boom.

imagine 2b EVs on the road now.....where will they get the electricity to charges 2b EVs.....then how will they transmit the electricity without improved infrastructure and copper wires.

I think that why GS forecast low Li price in the coming years. Also, more supplies of Li is coming to the market.

Once we get power station n infrastructure done.... the take up of EVs should be accelerated.... causing the next boom in Li
