I realise that about the iron ore mine closing down … but some poster earlier said Min Resources laid off all employees bar 7 for care and maintenance .. I’m pretty sure he wasn’t referring to the closed down mine in Western Australia… and as I just explained Min Resources own the crushing plant and supply the workers to operate it ( they had a 10 yr contract to do so ) unless I’m completely missing something … but I think that’s the case here .. ore ran out weeks ago so a skeleton crew for care & maintenance.. and the rest of them either transferred to another Min resource owned mine or just made redundant
