    PLS taking over LRS also gives PLS a possible opportunity to supply direct to North Amarican battery factories as South American mines are expected to be in the line for USA supply if the IRA gets up and these USA/Canada battery factories actually getr built.IMO
    Perhaps a wise political move ??
