Billions... so they're stuck and they have till around May next year, hoping the deal doesn't go through... except you can't see RIO walking away, if anything LTM shareholders could force a better deal, with a 25% no vote... albeit unlikely.
So what's their plan, short something like PLS harder ? or give up... they don't have alot of options.
