m&a starting to heat up. ganfeng and catl in a competitive process for a Canadian li explorer Millenial. interesting as normally the Chinese outbound approvals process tries to limit Chinese co competing against each other for a target - just shows how tight the market is becoming. also interesting as in oz we must have much much cheaper shipping costs than Canada so strange they are looking up there - but seems in Canada foreign investment approvals will allow them to acquire 100 percent. where are the Tesla's VW and BMW's gigs factories going to get their supply - when will they wake from their slumber as they really need to start positioning themselves - I'm just not sure that in this market they can take their normal approach and say we just don't invest in mines...
