Congratulations to all LTH. We certainly deserve a celebratory beer tonight ....well I'm having one now. I sold 400k today @ 0.60 and am pretty comfortable with that. I sold my house about 12 months ago and dropped a big chunk into CXO because Commbank loaned me 100% of the price of the new house on a 30 year loan @ 2 %. At 66 years of age I thought they were crazy. But now I have my investment back and am freecarrying a significant parcel. Next year when the fixed interest term comes due I look forward to paying out in full. CXO has made me a millionaire , allowed me to pay off my mortgage in full , and given me a substantial super and I dont have to work until I'm 96 to pay off the mortgage. I think that deserves a celebratory beer ! Cheers !
