We could be sitting on a Kathleen Valley type lithium resource down south of Finniss in Anningie and Barrow Creek (ABC) NT.

Revisiting the announcement released on 17/12/19, it could have been largely glossed over at the time, before the lithium up-cycle trend:

Within the announcement to quote:‘Rock chip samples grading up to 4.63% LI2O’‘There are 10 results that are over 3% LI20’‘Demonstrated presence of spodumene in pegmatites of up to 450m long and 15m wide.’

All this from one tenement alone (EL 26848) with the Anningie Pegmatite Field. Not to mention the Barrow Creek Pegmatite Field and their gigantic (5km long, 1km wide) ‘Tesla’ prospect within EL 31058.

We hold thousands of km of ground in this area where there has been a long history of tin and tantalum mining. I’d really like to see Core get the drill bit stuck into these pegmatite fields ASAP with our large prospecting budget available. Nearby neighbours are spruiking their ground. IMO this would really put a rocket up the share price. I’m bamboozled why the price is allowed to languish considering:
*advanced stage we are at with the Finniss project
*attractive economics of the Finniss project
*imminent (IMO) drilling update and subsequent resource increase
*backdrop of ever increasing lithium demand
*increasing share price of some overvalued peers
*suite of quality projects like ABC that we have with potential JVs, sales, corporate spin-off etc.
