I think a lot of people are exiting just because it's a Friday and the general market looks a bit flaky at the moment. If the US can keep it together tonight and we get the right announcements next week, I see no reason why we wouldn't keep going up.
Don't forget, nothing has substantially changed on CXO since many of us were all holding at below 4c, yet we have a market cap 9 times bigger than then. The market has finally woken up to CXO and that's why we have had the rerate, but it needs some news to push it higher IMO.
Fortunately, news isn't far away, and while we all know the BP33 drill results will be good, the gold results and FID are potential game changers.
