It's a simple addition to the plant so could easily be added up front. CXO's partners would just need to give the engineers a pallet of craft beer and they would design it into the process flow sheet.
My 'Core'message is watch for the Scoping Study.
It could be an incredibly well timed engineering study and regionally significant strategic document. More important to powerful people than we can imagine meaning a late 2024 construction start could be a viable proposition.
