As I said, these money people are here for one reason, it's not you and it's not me!
It's what's under the ground and about to be exposed.

Oh and we must remember, this money is only to get CXO to construction phase.
There's along way to go and a truckload of future funding required...... so if management have got this wrong now, it'll be a very hard sell to get the remainder of the funds to get CXO off the ground.
