Explain why you think Core might not achieve chemical conversion status. It's a stated goal of theirs.
And being one of the first ones to production, the cash is going to be rolling in- and Core will have first movers advantage to make strategic moves. Unlike other producers, they will be able to borrow or finance against actual profits and would be in the drivers seat to JV for a hydroxide refinery, or acquire other projects.
