I don't have patience because I purchased property and I need the money being 80 plus years still trying to advise after bing in this mining area for years. Need the area to rise in JULY to take the small amount of money out. I will in closing I have invested in LAND in areas which will grow without watching HotCopper forum sites. Sorry to be a pain but life is short and whatever I can help/advise I will as those on HotCopper got me to a good place .
