Been through this situation a few times now. I remember GXY & PLS dropping like stones back in 2018.
The good news is they recovered and were much stronger. The bad news is it took a long time for the dust to settle.
No use looking at the screen hoping it will change today, tomorrow, next week or next month.
This won't improve until next year without any other catalyst.
Time to turn the screen off and go for a walk.
