I very much doubt anything will happen until those CR shares are washed through at 40c. Probably a pump with good news scheduled for soon after that date.

Looking at the chart, there has been an orchestrated sell-off from June 1st. It looks very much to me like several big parties were **possibly** in the know about the contents of the quarterly, and that a CR was coming. I don't trust this management team at all anymore. Faith has been destroyed, which is probably what they wanted to happen to retail holders with substantial holdings. Then their corporate mates will have their fill, and it can be pumped accordingly again.

Call me cynical and conspiracy theorist, but I can't think of another explanation why management have acted the way they have the last 5-6 months. The systematic destruction of the SP has been toxic and deliberate.

On a positive note, progress is being made at Golden Gun BP33, and with any luck (and I wouldn't bank on it) there's enough cash in the bank to limp through until that mine starts operating.

Chart wise it looks like sellers are finally becoming exhausted. Hardly surprising - other than suggesting the company will be wound up, the CEO and management team couldn't have done much more damage if they'd tried. Gaps above should close as they are wont to do. I fully expect it to be trading above a dollar again early next year, but with the actions of GM and his cronies of late, I wouldn't (and won't) put my money on it.

Momentum seems to be swinging back to the positive. I'd expect things to look a little rosier from October:
