Great photos. The operation is much bigger than I thought it would be.
As they build scale and grade, it will be about efficiency, keeping costs down and on time delivery, which builds their reputation in the market as a reliable supplier. From what I'm seeing and reading they seem to be doing that and hopefully that scenario is brought to light as we get updates via quarterlies and social media.

I get the frustration from some shareholders that were in early and have had to deal with a volatile market and falling share price. Anyone that has been around a while has been caught out like this but these mining operations are difficult beasts to manage, particularly in the early stages.

For once I missed the early hype and have only more recently been building a position. I have a lot more shares now than I originally intended, not unusual for me, but I am reasonably happy although I'll be happier when the sp starts to move back the other way but the reasons I bought into this company ie Lithium, location, growth opportunity etc are real and for me, sound.
Because of my timing I may have a slightly different perspective on management than some but from what I can gather they are doing a reasonably good job, although I'm not sure I like that head office is in Perth, I think it should be in Darwin. Time will tell as this thing plays out.
