There we go, new lows, haven't pulled the trigger just yet but it looks like this is my dip to do just that, I expect a little lower yet, this is good value here BECAUSE of the challenging situation, not in spite of it!

But this cleanout and capitulation in the sector is going to wipe away any low quality projects, my view is this project is good enough to be in the top quartile of resources both for mine life and production costs once at scale.

Execution risk is there, is the team good enough? Mehhh, maybe........ I'm not convinced but doubt a poor team will stay in charge of a good asset once the purge and following consolidation in this space is done.

This for me will be a speculative play with a 2-3% allocation of my portfolio split into multiple purchases, one of which is likely this week or next.
