I am having a bit of a lend actually as I personally don’t believe it’s been intentional but is as a result of inexperienced senior management relying on poor advice. The Chair is an underwhelming Lawyer from Adelaide who was lucky and am surprised he holds this position. Disappointing decisions indeed but the plant and recovery issues can be sorted as many say.
In the event we did see a to attempt they will still need an independent experts report and that should affect decision making. Anyway I remain confident.
