Yes and that is reflected in the stock price. Question is what from here?
1. Isn't management taking steps to improve comms?
2. Isn't management trying to learn from its past mistakes?
3. Is the company available at a dirt or near dirt valuation as compared to peers?
4. How much more lithium price will go down if it is already so near to the prod cost?
5. Is the world moving towards EV and is the demand going to dry up tomorrow?
6. Is the company improving its % recovery?
7. What is the downside from HERE and what is the probability of upside from HERE?
Things which are bad and known are already factored in stock price since long... the question to ask is what is the probability to go UP v/s DOWN and answer is way more towards up (UNLESS you are working on GS Rampdown Team payroll ofcourse)...
