I will second that... This image from the website sums up the project well...
We are basically ready to go and start progressing to construction, with the Finance basically a given. Huge announcements to come following the engineering studies. We are way advanced compared to 90% of our peers on massive bull runs. IMO Toro has the most to gain in the short to medium term.
