Maybe it's just the sheer number of shares on issue...making it harder to get momentum going? I think tighter sgare structures can rise more easily, because of the scarcity of them it's easier to bid up the price when there are fewer hokders. I reckon the company shoukd consolidate it's share count, it would also help attract US and Canadian punters, who hate large share counts. There's +3Bn shares on issue, that's ridiculous for a smallcap.
