OZL had 366 million shares/votes which equate to 9.41% - per the 'change of interests of substantial holder' announcement on the 20/9/21.

Every 1% change needs to be released to the market within 2 business days via a 'change of interests of substantial holder' announcement.
In the event a company falls below 5% holding, a 'notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder' needs to be released to the market within 2 business days. Also, note that it is 2 business days since TOE becomes aware of the investor selling/buying. So that does not mean 2 days since the occurrence of the transaction.

We have had 7 trading days since the last notice and each day except one has had approximately 50-80 million in volume. I suspect there are further announcements to come regarding OZL...
