This is being played it is way oversold !!! 34% down on the credit raise price of .023 all taken by institutions sophisticated and professional investors/traders
usually they will pump and dump but this time they just continue to dump and there in here to make money ? Toro has viable assets uranium vanadium nickel and gold !! Which is far more than other miners in the space with bigger caps ! they must want our shares by doing it this way when it's time they can now get a hell of a lot more shares from us retailers because now this will bring us out to sell cheaper and lower our expectations Just my thougts?
