Mega Uranium own about 13% of Toro Energy, 4.1% of Nexgen Energy and Nexgen own 51% of Iso Energy.
Just my opinion, with Richard Patricio's connections to all 4 companies and the size of Nexgen Energy I can see them buying out Mega Uranium getting back 4.1% of their own shares and 13% of Toro Energy , then they may make a play for Toro depending on value.
