I don't think TOE intends to develop these assets. In Jan 2022, the 5yr ministerial approval expires. TOE has not even started the secondary approvals processes. It's taken Vimy 12mths to get approval for 2 out of 3, required to start the project. Torro has made zero effort, shown zero interest. They are going to let the 5yr ministerial approval expire. This puts their entire project at risk. Why even do that?
