I think CXO is prime take over target for ORE.

1. Replace the Mount catlin resource as its life of mine is only a few years away
2. Hard rock in Australia, so complementary asset
3. Same offtake customer as Mount Catlin (Yahua)
4. Market cap is manageable at $650m - plenty of options with equity/debt to acquire
