There are a couple of advantages to do a dual listing on different stock markets.......
The dual listing won't affect the amount of outstanding shares. There will be a certain amount of shares of the existing shares only tradable on the dual listed stock market .....
I think that would be a very positive move to do the dual listing in America, where a much bigger part of the business takes place and US investors can be part of it through the NASDAQ.
More interest and liquidity will drive the share price....
