Personally, I can't wait to see what 22 brings. I haven't been here as long as some others but what I have seen is a management team, lead capably by Kevin delivering on milestones time and time again. That the SP doesn't reflect the progress made or achievements does disappoint but I have learnt to look past this and focus on the bigger picture. Small prudent and diligent steps will get us the results we are all here for and the SP will follow accordingly.
