    1 month left for them to tell us they have secured the finance. Current world events will not be accepted for a delay as they have been telling us negotiations have been in progress for the past 12 months. PLUS, fighting in the Ukraine and Russia's allegiance with China should only embolden countries to reduce their reliance on Chinese tungsten.
