I honestly dont think much tungsten will be coming out of Russia for quite some time.
Scottm quoted (25/4/2022) Russian tungsten production in 2019 as 2100 tons
I found another source which quoted 3537 tons in 2012.
If these numbers are accurate, they would indicate their declining production rate before the war.
Their currency and economy have both been so depleted, I would be surprised to see any significant contribution in the coming years, particularly under current sanctions which I think will not be lifted for some time after war ends
The world is desperate for new supply from Western world - this will likely take time to be realised in the apt price....

But when it is realised, theres a better than even chance the apt price will bound ahead in great leaps
