    I've had to sell a few over the last 2 years to fund some investment property purchases but still sitting on a good parcel that I bought at 2.1c after getting chatting with MD at the time in a Collins St bar. All minerals are going to keep going up and EQR are beautifully positioned to benefit, great little company
