I don’t think that is actually correct. Yes, they have completed the surveys but that does not mean they have approvals. I suspect that the approvals are not yet in place given the huge level of confusion around the new legislation from both companies and Native Title holders alike.

I suspect this is the case for many exploration projects in WA at present, but it is obviously not in their best interests to speak up publicly about it at present.
